1. What if I do not have a computer at home?
Ans: You may want to use the computers in your school or in any cybercafe. Alternatively you may choose to purchase a new computer from major vendors like Acer, HP or Dell.

2. What if I do not have internet access at home?
Ans: You can subscribe to Dial up / Broadband Internet Access with major Internet Service Providers in Singapore. They are:

4. What happens when my subscription is up?
Ans: We will contact you 1 month before your subscription ends to discuss the details regarding your subscription. 5. Can I access the E-Learn portal with a Macintosh?
Ans: Yes, you can use Mozilla Firefox to access the E-Learning portal with a Macintosh. |

6. Can I use other browsers besides the Internet Explorer?
Ans: Yes, Mozilla Firefox is supported besides Internet Explorer |

7. Why do I encounter java script errors?
Ans: Most likely it is the 3rd party anti-virus / anti-spyware / firewall / Internet-security program that is running on your computer that is causing this problem. Click on “Options” in these 3rd party programs to check if they are doing real-time javascript scanning. If real-time javascript scanning is enabled, you will have to disable the 3rd party programs or temporarily shut down them down while you are accessing Litespeed's portal. |

8. Why can't I view pages with Chinese characters properly?
Ans: Follow the instructions here to configure Chinese support in Windows XP. |

9. What do I do if I still have problems accessing the site when I have already installed all the necessary plug-ins and software?
Ans: You can contact our technical support at techsupport@litespeed.com.sg with a detailed description of the problem. If you can attach a screen shot of the page/s where you encountered the problem, we will be able to better understand and diagnose the problem. We will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call us at +65 6339-3240 from 9am to 6pm during weekdays. |

Ans: Most probably the Adobe Flash Player plug-in is not installed on your computer. |

2. Why is there no sound for comic strips in English?
Ans: Currently there is no sound in English Comics. The students are encouraged to read out the dialogue between characters to build up Oral Skills. |

3. Why I am unable to attempt the questions and a dialog box keeps on popping up with the message, "Error in I-explorer".
Ans: Please upgrade your Internet Explorer at least version 6 SP1. |

Ans: There are 2 places where teachers will dispatch and upload homework. To access the homework given, please follow the instructions below:
- From Homework page:
- Login to the portal
- Click on “Homework” which located at the bottom left hand corner
- From Workbin page:
- Login to the portal
- Click on “Workbin” which located at the bottom left hand corner

2. Can I view my child’s results and know how well he or she has done?
Ans: Yes, you can. To view the results and assessments completed by your child you can follow the instructions below:
- Login to the portal
- Mouse over to Report Manager
- Click on “Overview by Assessment”
- Select the subject and time frame
- Click on “Next”

3. Can I attempt homework that has already expired?
Ans: No, you can’t. |

4. Can I change my password?
Ans: Yes, you can change your password by following the instructions below:
- Mouse over to “Administration
- Click on “Change Password”
- Type in your new password and click on “Okay”
