Ans: Most likely, your privacy settings in Internet Explorer have been set to 'high'. You will need to set it to 'medium' for you to login properly. Follow the steps below to amend your Internet Explorer's Privacy settings,
Click on 'Tools'
Click on 'Internet Options'
Click on 'Privacy'
Adjust the slider to set your privacy level to 'medium' (If you cannot see the slider, please click on “Default” button)
4. Why does the system keep prompting me "Subscriber expires" when I try to login?
